This exhibition was the culmination of the seminar "Desire Lines - Lines of Control" offered by Giorgio Miescher during the Autumn Semester 2023.
In my role, I contributed to the success of the exhibition by creating the exhibition title, designing the main poster announcing the opening, and creating four of the nine posters that were exhibited. I also supported the other five teams who approached the visual design aspect independently. Through our posters we condensed complex narratives around the control and prevention of human and animal movement, and highlighted the resonance of this history in our contemporary reality.
