The project-based collaboration with CIVICA Association started at the beginning of 2021 and was finalized in July. I took over the task of organizing the "Collaborative Solutions" project in Iasi, Romania. This pilot project aimed to bring together people from various backgrounds (academic, civil society, business, and governmental sectors) and ask them to propose solutions to the seven most stringent issues identified and voted on by the citizens of Iasi.
The main tasks were to research potential venues and vendors in Iasi for the main 3-day event, develop a budget and a timeline for the two events we organized (in total), design and implement a comprehensive social media plan, create a detailed concept for the days of the event, including the necessary set-up and clean up, where we, luckily, benefited from our Sponsors' help. In addition to that, together with the core team, we interviewed over 70 specialists to be part of the project, assisted the teams during the qualitative research period, edited the Design Thinking 2-day workshop, and ensured that everyone involved had 24/7 guidance and support.
